WHAT IS LASER CUTTING SERVICE?
Laser cutting is a type of subtractive manufacturing that cuts a digital design file into a piece of sheet material. A computer directs a high-power laser at the material. The material then melts, burns or vaporizes leaving an edge with a high-quality finish.
We are proud to introduce this service to our genuine & loyal customers - professional artists , students, art enthusiast or hobbyist.
1. GETTING YOUR FILES READY FOR LASER CUTTING
- Only Adobe Illustrator and Rhinoceros 3D templates are supported
- Adobe Illustrator - PDF Checklist & File Template
- Rhinoceros 3D - PDF Checklist & File Template
Standard vs Busy Artwork Files If your file is particularly busy it may increase the price.
2. REQUEST THE SERVICE/QUOTE
- Fill the Customer Job Sheet
- Please email or drop in the Artwork and completed Job Sheet to LASER@KADMIUM.COM.AU
3. APPROVE THE JOB ORDER
Once we have received and review your file, we may contact you regarding any additional charges before we begin your job.
4. PICK UP OR DELIVERY
Please note: You only need to return either the Illustrator or Rhino file to us, not both.
